The Global (Entergy) Band-Aid and Lie

The Ethanol Debate, as well as a growing trend to go back to nuclear power plant building is part of a larger problem. Go back in time to the 1970s and the Gasoline Crisis and the OPEC Blackmailing begins. We pushed fuel efficiency and emissions very heavily in the 1980s as a result of the OIL embargos and shortages of the late 1970s.

As a result during the Regan Administration darning the 1980s we developed Fuel efficacy, and passed in Electronic Fuel Injection {EFI} at the turn of the decade more commonly due to the growing computer and tech days of the 1980s.

However, what many under look is the fact in the 1980s and 1970s and long before. More Americans drove cars, wagons and similar autos, had less creature comforts and were less complicated due to EFI being less common place or more simple than today (early EFI was partial computer and more mechanical) due to the fact of the dinosaur computing power by today's standards, it was a more simple time.

Therefore, Congress pushed EFI and Emmons and Safety over the years. The mistake we made due to the fact of more cars and wagons on the road was the fact of the "GAS Guzzler Tax" and exceptions of the (SUV) market, which was mostly basic, and for sportsman, ranchers, and travelers and adventurers.

As A result, Trucks, Truck Based SUVS, Jeeps, etc. were exempted from the fuel economy improvements required by law. Which in the 90s boom of cheap gas, and media and mass marketing boomed and drove this county into further debit and over Entergy decease.

I personally have owned three autos in my lifetime. A 1988 Isuzu Trooper 4 cil 4x4 Chevy Tahoe v8 4x4 ,2003 Ford Ranger 4.0 v6 4x4 fx4 the comparison over 25 model years even the new epa ratings which was recently busted by a consumer magazine as misleading due to fuel economy not being updated in tests as a result of urban sprawl and over population and industrializing, the point of this real world mpg on most models similar all were 4x4 and had heavy gears and tires or off road packages, the point is even with the spread out model years and 4 cil , v6 and v8 shows the fact of lack of improvement of fuel economy.


This country did it to it self by putting loopholes in the marketplace and greed over profits and poor forgien and domestic policy. In addition, greed and purchase of elections for the good of those in higher office, and corporate monopoly is being formed and owning elected officials.

Ethhanol is not the answer, due to the fact it has less British Thermal Units (BTUs) than comparable "normal" gasoiline. You end up refueling more, spending more (ethanol has less than 50 or more entergy than gasoilone) and still line the pockets more with greed by OPEC and countrys that hate the united states of America but will gladly take our money to use our own money to finance global terrorism and human rights violations of women, and children by extreamist groups that hold those countrys hostage.

One good answer not talked about often is Diesel, or using 90% to 100% pure recyled waste oil or duel fuel conversions or a back to diesel cars, diesel tech and diesel / hybirds and fryer oil and propane injection systems with diesel conversions in trucks and suvs emissions have largely improved from the failure of the 1980s. We have much waste oil generated that could be filtered from Fast Food Establishments, Motor Oil and other forms of oil based products and by-products such as meat packing plants.

Pure BIOfuel is a good answer, it renewable, clean burning, something that goes into waste and is often illegally dumped and pollutes the environment. It is readily available in all 50 states; elevating corn needing to be trucked given biofuel cannot be put in pipelines.

I love many of the small diesel cars and light trucks not available in the use due to the shame of poor diesels of the 1970s and 1980s. The Mini One is a fine diesel auto not sold in the us. The ford ranger is available in a diesel form in Mexico and other 3rd world countries.

Diesel is good for a large metro area given modern diesels get better fuel economy in a city urban area than a gas counterpart. Diesel has good torque, but we Americans are addicted to horsepower even long after the muscle car heydays of the 1960s and 1970s

I am not saying it a solution but a idea to take into account, it's a fix now rather than allow Car Manufacturers, Oil Companies, and corruption and bias in the leadership of the country to lie to us about flex fuel. Many early flex fuel ford tarsus sold in the mid 90s were sold to Louisiana which does not have any E85 or flex fuel stations but the car companies sold them to fleet for the state to meet EPA requirements for pushing alterative Entergy.

We should even consider allowing the EPA to certify homebrew fuel conversion kits or do-it-yourself permits to allow 2 tinkers in a garage to experiment with fuel alt. Entergy, but due to the many kits sold in the 70s and 80s its not easy, simple and questionable in legal terms and over bureaucracy makes it very overpriced and to much red tape required to do and to navigate the civil process. Due to the fact of some of those kits sold during the period were increasing emissions by EPA testing. Put a incentive for people to experiment, and tinker that's how innovation is made and fortunes are made from the common person.



The point of the brief general story is even talking now of nuclear power craze again, doesn't fix the problem it only Band-aids it and it comes back to haunt you much as ethanol started to go in favor and be briefly successful during extermination of alterative fuels during the late 1990's that we need to innovate and grow to solve the problem, improve mass transit and change our wasteful and disposable American society ratchet than continue to place band-aids on the larger problem

The problems with the direction of the United States of America, is the us has lost it self in stupidity and the decline of humanity and over-population and greed of humanity at the cost of angering the rest of the world over dependence over oil and wealth for the greed and public disgrace of all levels of Federal, state and local governments.

The Lack of education, training and loss and sale of the United States to china, allowing monopolies to be formed, lies to be told, media to merge into one and become overly biased by greed and self-interest rather than the good and free will of the people.

The Overpopulation of the usa, the lack of healthcare, the lack of basic human rights and teaching to hate and not honor diversity and allowing gender, race, sex, and sexual ordination, and religious, political views to secrete the united states of America over greed for power, money and control has just allowed the joins of the non mainstream medias views of whets acceptable or allowed or not taboo in society making us believe the world is a worse place than in realistically is, out of lack of interest for the general public.

The County is divided over for the above reasons we allowed our selves to be owned by china, Japan and middle eastern and Africa and south American countries, to abandon diplomacy for the reason of the greater good and revenge and the cost to young and hard working Americans and Texans.

We allowed through greed of linking the few pockets and buying elections, over the past 25 years trucks, SUVs and large vans have not gained mpg or improved much, though they have improved creature comforts and safety though not on par with the cars, we allowed the diesel solution and bio-fuels and mixtures to fail out of greed of gas and over dependency and this county to be put on eBay over the past 35 - 40 years, long before my time.

We allowed our civil rights and freedoms to be lost and taken away by the actions of others, allowing the media to be bought and become so overly biased, and put false fears in our hearts and minds. We allowed the actions of others, copycats and false panic by the media to gradually loose our freedoms to carry and bear arms, freedom of the press, spying by the government, to be imprisoned just due to reason of supposition for 72 hours.

We complain about illegal immigration, yet we allowed monopolist to from, in retail and manifesting, and loss of good jobs and shrinking unions and middle and working blue color and turning America into the lazy, slacker, no free spirit and free unconformity thoughts.

Greed sold this county, runs this at the cost to ourselves we sold and are still selling ourselves out. We destroyed small town life, farms and put ourselves on the eBay of the world through our growing obesity, stupidity, health care, laws and loss of what makes this country great

We do not get with the program of Entergy efficantacy or improvement out of greed for the establishment linking its pockets of gold and hate. We teach to hate, discrimination and to not think for our-selves, we allow problems to build and put band-aids on them and now we pay the price only its to late very few even impinge the death, destruction and war fighting against ourselves and the 1984 based society in the works where the government is going to collapse and states will be at war with each other, cities in states at war with other city's and counties on parts of county's and the few federal troops sold to the best bidder forgin or domestic, good or evil, right or wrong who is to blame the chicken or the egg.

The establishments is doing it and stupid American public, dumb and naive are being tagged right now with out their knowledge or concept and their freedoms being flushed into war and wasteland of those we have pissed off overseas and still are pissing off and flushing our allies against us.

RFID is some of the signs of the end, over tech dependence are the sign of the end, mark of the beast and war, death and destruction to come. The weather is changing, we are used as lab rats by the American public in Texas, we are tested with defense equipment without our knowledge, the weapons of war used on the unsuspecting American public in real America and real Texas.


The death of our selves brings to darkness and new world order, the war or war, evil of evil and collapse into nuclear winter and wasteland, of urban sprawl of death, destruction and decline done by ourselves the people who build and declared independence of this county will be its undoing.

The religious sects and personal greed and establishment still brings equity but only on paper, we eliminate class only on paper, there's the law, the letter of the law and the spirit of the law, the letter is what's written, the spirit is how its viewed, debated and just how it pans out doesn't mean corruption will sweep it under the carpet though out or not enforcement of what's right and equity for all.

We preach freedom yet don't practice it, we preach rebuilding and free-enterprise yet we take peoples land away, though immanent domain, law and over taxiing and waste by all levels of state, local, city, county, and sucker establishment based us government.


We imprison those who speak up, slander them, we destroy them we abuse the law or long uninformed laws for the joy of a few asskicking beating and brutality of greed of the modern overweight, stupid, over tech dependant, brain washed by the media zombie follower that knows nothing of the world or education or work and being a person.

The point of this is we did it to our self quit your bitching, and complaining and get off you stupid ass and get active for change and publish on the internet now trying to be taken away as the free net and freedom for the people out of bias and hushing the rare non-conformist, independent, educated, brain, free-thinker, knowledge seeker of life.

Don't complain do fucking something about the problem, get out see more, do something, help someone, change the world, be a swing voter, be a green party supporter, be a civil liberation be a independent minor party or common folk elected, change does not happen over nigh, you can't win them all or at once, but by flushing your votes away you start change in progress rather than voting or doing the lesser of two evils you inspire others though your progress.

You know what you must do even though you do not see the signs every ware, the word is spoken and take it, as you must, break the cycle, free yourself. Find Yourself and be your true-self, even if you don't change or convert others you and you alone make a statement and inspire others and keep progress in a remote passivity of change and united underdevelopment, the robots and cyborgs and computers and being at war with others abroad and our tech we create we did it to ourselves we and ourselves alone,

The word is spoken now get off your stupid butt and reseaech, learn grow and prosper and ponder, debate and use your pea brain and make it grow for the better of society and the greater good for all of humanity. Don't wait till the new world order and globalised government and end of society and million-year war of death, destruction, and stupidity that we are headed to ourselves.

The reality is the lack of health care, and allowing monopolies, takeovers, mergers and greed of bought elections and public officials being bought off and lack of campaign reform has allowed us to be sold into the slums and Japan, the middle east and those with power and privilege to run and takeover, buyoff, smear and discontent or get rid of those who seek to better the world for the better or all of humanity and individuality.

We need to change now, and slow the self-destructive damage we have done to ourselves, out of greed and better for the few. The needs of those in power, and greed have outweighed the needs of the many and few and forgotten with no voice but those bought into power by greed of the power struggle break the cycle be an independent voter and vote for someone new a new party a new era in the United States of America

The Progress made for GLBT members of society has become better from the 1970s and 1980s and even the 1990s. However much is left to be desired in the forms of Corporate Policies, understanding of the general public toward Gender Identity and Transgenderism.

The reality is as long as Eddie Murphy, Jerry Springer, and other comedians continue to mock Transgender folk society and popular culture will breed hate. Some charters and forms of popular (mainstream - heterosexual) media portrays transgender folk more positively in some fashions such as the popular TV show Ugly Betty and other movies mock us like Austin powers, or white chicks.

One positive note is that more employers, and people and members of the heterosexual public are taking more notice to us more positively. The reality is my insecurities about my gender identity, religion, and sexuality. I allowed others to pray on my fears and bully abuse and me and mistreat me.

I don't have any desire to be known as trans, or be known about my past, but I am out and came out to my folks, family, church and loved ones so that no one can ever use my personal insecurities of what I thought was wrong, bad or evil again. It is the reason I work hard for HERA and work hard for equality of all GLBT folk so no one ever is mistreated or prayed upon for gender identity or sexuality.



Yes, much is left to be desired in rights, equity, and gender indiety. With the American public, employers, and lawmakers, and law enforcers. But each day, each baby step makes progress, pride is that I don't desire to celebrate and have fun just to work toward a brighter future for the next generation of GLBT folk, Transgender folk and also LDS GLBT minority groups and Trans-Youth.

In someway I am a pioneer I'm 26 out as trans, to my folks, church family and loved ones Yes I did it on my own, Yes I made very bad choices, yes I hurt others, yes I said and did bad things, but the pain has been uplifted and is going away. I am letting go and moving on toward a brighter future and tomorrow for the next generation of TRANS-Youth.

Some could argue that I am not or mock me, as they were once mocked. I made bad choices yet I have issues but weather they like me or not you are who you are, weather you like it or not, you grow evolve and change.

You might not like me, you might not think I am transgender, that is your opinion you are you are you live, learn and grow at different rates. Transsexuals and other Transgender or gender queer folks who get sucked into or choose prostution and drugs, drinking and sex are bad and bad image for the Transgender and GLBT community as a whole, they hurt the image of transfolk and support the stereotype that all of us are heterosexual and that gender identity and sexuality are not different and reinforce the stereotype that all transsexuals like to suck other males dicks, and party all night.


While I dislike people, who don't know anything about hard work, poverty and that are uneducated. Not to honestly report, I have made poor choices and indesgressions but that at least I can admit to having issues, but try to have a more positive outlook on life, love and the world.


The ultra reality is while things are much better with GLBT society much work is to be done as carol with the pride committee and magazine has posted many need to give more time, money, and effort to the cause and get involved and do something!


Over all the weather and rain made a great fest and one of the best prides ever other than 2003!

I personally do not agree with most major political parties. I am nor republican nor democrat, nor a party loyalist. I'm a true Indpendant which many are not, A swing voter, free thinker, Liberal on some issues, Consertive on others, I'm a free-thinker a growing rarity that sticks with one party issue and doesn't want to debate or expand their mind, learn or research things for themselves.

I like the green party, the Libertarian Party and True Independent not people who go independent for marketing propose or flip-flop party to party. I like the working person, the average person, the person whose the people running for the people, the person who knows the world. Some would argue you might throw your votes away, some might say vote for the less of the two evils, some might suggest you don't waste your vote for the other guy and give away the election.

Many people in all walks of life, work their way to the top, get privilege, power. At work, school, or community service and/or civil service. What happens is they start to slack off, or have a family and their offspring does not know what it means to be the common individual.

Independents past such as Ralph Nater, Kinky Friedman, James Warner. May have taken votes away, or cost elections but they are the Common Person or closer to than many, they are not the best example. A informed person as a better mind, A Informed voter is a True Patriot how they choose to vote.

I personally see a good potential can dates fighting for the democratic party during 2008. I don't know if the country is ready. Clinton and Obama should run together. This country needs a change of pace, a new voice. And direction, Things during this election important to me are EDNA being proposed into ADA and EEOE and civil rights, Fuel economy, environment, monopolies and unfair marketplace, corporate greed, Loss of civil liberties, Minorities, immigration, wages, healthcare, cost of living, disaster prepares, roads, mass transit, small business, alterative Entergy, war, and for gin policies, GLBT marriage, GLBT antidiscrimination, and gender identify protections

The fact is I on all of the above aam everything from Consertive, liberal to non-conformist on all of the above issues. I like those potential canadates running if they team up , or indpendant running. This country needs to go in a different direction.

I think they country may be a bit warry but could be ready for a woman (Clinton) and a Black (Obama) to run for office, I think this year could be a year, they are popular in polls and on the web at a time and growing disapproval with the bush presidency's (the 2nd) I think now is the time for drastic change, in the country and why not in election make double history for minorities.

There are many forms of minority's not just race, Gender Identity, Sexual Orientations, Race, Political Views, Economic, Social, Educational, Employment, Hobby. A Minatory is a very diverse term in it's defecation and meaning and grammar.

Just My thoughts as former Majority now part of one of the smallest and often overlooked minorities, Transgender. Ive been on both sides of the radar, and I speak from life experiences, I have not always chosen wisely but share knowledge. Knowlage and Learning even though sometimes the stubborn hardway is power keep a open mind, and thought, As they say a Mind Is a terable thing to waste.

Today is a sad day in the world, Houston, and The Lone Star State (Texas) we lost a huge asset a common man, a community activist, a journalist, a playboy, a family man, a good friend and a watch dog not in the pockets of corruption that ousted him from his career in the Harris county sheriffs office.

A look back and day of remembrance for Marvin Zindler, Marvin was born into privilege, lost his fathers money and was disowned for being a "play boy" and foolish ambissions, got fired from the sheriffs office for "doing his job to well" Dave ward another old timer and one of the new anchors I admire amongst others.

For those non-Houstonians, space city (Houston) or (H-town) was different even into the 1980s until the oil bust of the late 1980s and downsizing and hard times. The reality is GLBT folks in Houston were harassed in the mid to early 1980s a woman working downtown (as from sources here) could be arrested under obscenity laws, for cross-dressing and given at the time the strong grassroots right-wing era of the town, even into the queerest and most open decade the largest most urban and largest southern city with one of the biggest pride fests in the south (today) grew.

As the more liberal era, and parts of midtown and cheep rents and blights in the late 80s to early to mid 1990's the north and suburbs became the right-wing grass roots, unity happened and Marvin was more liberal and a warrior early on such as long time other early activists into the more liberal boom of the 1990s and the boom of more tech, IT and biotech and shipping and warehousing thought the union and plant shut downs, cheap housing and moving to the current more liberal inner city growth and progression (Dallas had a similar fate given it is similar to Houston in some ways and different in others)

Long term warriors and folks like Marvin fought for the common person, man, woman and poor, change, embarrassed the dirty eating establishments, broke up organized crime. (the best little whore house of Texas) had his wig ripped out. Borught change along with others such as Ray Hill, Phyllis Frye for example.


We fought hard and had the sod my laws and laws for obscenity and sexual and gender identity and laws tossed out that were often into the 1980s and even into the early 2000s were used to harass any "obvious" GLBT person and even local change, elected officials and leadership such as Bill White and Anise Parker who have fought very hard for change. Marvin is on of a kind, my hero, role model and aspiration to make it big in media, if a flashy ahead of his time, loveable, kind, charitable obscure outsider in his unique catchphrases and reporting and accident and to endure reporting to the end. Can do it and live to a ripe old age, so can I. why not use my Entergy, charity and hard work to become the "New Media" and Zindler the next generation. I am unconventional, out proud, and obscure, kind, charitable and kind but also one of the sadist people you meet, but hard worker and determined to make it big, even though my setbacks. I have a plan, goal and outline. I want new media, and some independence, web media, maybe a alternative weekly publication, indie sat media such as Free Speech TV and XM and Sirius radio but mainly web media perks my interest.

I want to be flashy, loud, proud and uncensored something's you cant say, do or blog about on local or regular broadcasting. I want to be somewhere in-between Marvin zindler, Michael more, ray hill, tank girl, batty page.


The reality is mind over matter It works if you work it!

Why I fear my next-door neighbor
(the transwoman I)

I fear her because she is everything I am not, I fear her because I fear going to her level or things going so bad one day where I will be a whore. I want a monogamous dating, long term, and family but with a woman not another trans-woman. And prostitution and transgender prostuitning drinking and drugs scare me to death.


I want a wife, family and kids etc. blah. My hopes are to high sometimes.
